History is based on the great Kings and Generals and the guys that won, but have you ever wondered what happens to the other guys? People Without History is the story of Alice, a woman trapped in the no-man’s-land between England and Wales in the aftermath of the battle of Shrewsbury.

A new play about war, loss and the dim time in between. Set on the border of England and Wales six centuries ago People Without History takes a humourous look at the post battle psyche.

“..one of the few uncompromisingly original voices in American Theatre..”
